Life has a tendency to knock on our door when we expect it the least yet need it the most, for many this is the result of sudden and abrupt change that forces actions of remembrance of who you are here to become, but first, painfully, you must release that which you are not, who you are not which you were led to believe you had to uphold in order to stay in the status quo of life.
For many this is an excruciating process, which in turn have you in the position where you either go into blame and feel like this is linked to your self worth, or you find through leading by the thread of your heart that speaks to you, that you in fact are meant for more, you are worthy of more, and this might be the very reason why life has given you an opportunity to turn it around, to see your life as a string of opportunities no matter the circumstances, but perhaps in fact because of them.
Perhaps our life circumstances are there to awaken us to how we are not being true to our voice, our self, and in fact not there to punish us but to help us awaken to our own empowered state and sovereignty
What I have learnt as a mother, entrepreneur walking the way of the priestess, connected to my inner nature aswell as the outer nature of the world. Is that we are here to awaken our full potential, our full leadership, so that we can not only create a life by our own design, but lead with impact on this world.
The thing is that most mothers are already in overwhelm or fight or flight, just like I was after having managed way too much emotionally, mentally and for others as an empath. There was literally no space for me, and if there was it soon enough got eaten up by the responsibilities that were handed to me constantly. Yet in the midst of overwhelm and pain, in the midst of trauma and very challenging situations I learnt how to turn these situations into doorways I could step into, and keys I could use to activate the leadership of my life. And I believe that because I believe it all happened, as a preparation, so I could give this knowledge to you, and take you by the hand as you walk through your own doors that will help you serve your purpose! Introduce your brand
I am a mother and have raised 2 glorious beings by myself, whilst also threading the unknown, this makes me brave and courageous, as the word in French depicts, coeur in courageous means heart. It literally means to follow ones heart.
I hold the codes for mothers to empower and step into the life they not only seek, but which also seeks them. Way to many of us are here to step into our inner sacred masculine and feminine and anchor our codes onto this earth, like petals of a flower we are here to bloom, towards the sun, and anchor our roots into the earth so we can communicate with one another.
The mother immersion is created for mothers who feel they are in overwhelm and don’t really know where to start, so this is a great starting point where you can find your footing before going into deeper work. It has been created for coregulation with your child, energetic understanding, there are a few meditations and activations in there to help you recalibrate and you can attune to.
Way too many of us stop ourselves in our own tracks because, well we are doing the most important job here on earth! raising a child, a human being.
